Tastings are held at the Faculty Club, University of Toronto at 41 Willcocks St. Toronto ON M5S 1C7, usually on the third Tuesday of the month.
We host nine wine events per year, January to June and September to November, including the occasional wine dinner and walk around event.
Tastings usually start off with a reception wine followed by a sit down tasting where we sample 8 wines blind and then reveal our favourites and not so favourites and what they are. Light appetizers and bread are served at our sit down tastings.
Guest speakers are invited to share their knowledge and experience about the wines.
An average cost for an event ranges from $55 to $100 per member and covers the venue rental, set-up, stemware, wines including a reception wine, bread and light appetizers.
We accept credit card payments via PayPal when registering for our events.
Newcomers can sign up for our Newcomers' Table when they register for an event. Don't be shy! It's a great way to meet other members and to learn more about wine from experienced club members.
Our wines are professionally stored in an environmentally controlled, high security vault operated by Iron Gate.
